Customer Reviews
My Pilates practice just got an upgrade!
I ordered a Pilates Headrest from PersonalHour last week and it's fantastic! I've been doing virtual Pilates classes for a while now, and this headrest has made such a difference in my neck alignment and comfort. Shipping was super fast, and the quality is excellent, especially for the price – I think I saved about 20% using a coupon code at checkout! I'm already eyeing some other accessories and will definitely be shopping here again. I've told all my Pilates friends about them!
Mostly happy with my Wood Pilates Reformer!
I ordered the Wood Pilates Reformer last week and it arrived fairly quickly, especially considering it's a big item. The free shipping was great. My only minor gripe is that tracking updates were a little sparse at first, but it still got here within the estimated window. Overall, a solid purchase and Im enjoying it!
Good quality, fast shipping
I bought a Reformer Box for my Home Pilates Reformer. It got here way faster than I thought, like, two days earlier than the tracking said. It's really sturdy, feels well made. Made my workouts better for sure. Happy with it.
Decent reformer, app needs work
I ordered the Home Pilates Reformer and a Pilates Ring. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Shipping took about a week, which was expected for such a large item. The reformer itself is solid; setup was a bit fiddly but manageable with the instructions provided. I've used it a few times and it feels good for home use. The integrated workout app, however, isn't as intuitive as I'd hoped. Finding specific classes is a little clunky and some videos buffered a bit. The Pilates Ring is fine, no complaints there. Overall, I'm satisfied with the equipment, but the app could use some improvements to match the quality of the reformer.
Solid reformer, easy setup
Got the Foldable Pilates Reformer. It was pretty easy to set up by myself. Used it a few times now. It's stable enough for my workouts. Good value for what I paid.

Is the PersonalHour app really free with a reformer purchase? Like, for how long? Or do you eventually have to pay for classes?
Hey, does anyone know if PersonalHour ever has free shipping on their big reformer machines? Or do you always have to pay extra for that?
What's the return policy like if I get a reformer and it's just not working out for me? Is it a huge hassle to send back something so big?
Has anyone done the financing option for a reformer? Wondering how that works and if it's a pain to set up.
